Roloson Traded to Edmonton for Picks
Wild get #1 and conditional #3 for Roli

SAINT PAUL/MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.Minnesota Wild President and General Manager Doug Risebrough announced today that the National Hockey League (NHL) club has acquired Edmonton’s first round pick in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft, along with future considerations, in exchange for G Dwayne Roloson.  

Roloson, 36 (10/12/69), played in 24 games with the Wild this season and posted a 6-17-1 record. The native of Simcoe, Ontario has a .910 save percentage and holds a 3.00 goals-against-average this season. A veteran of 269 games, Roloson played in 162 contests over the course of the past four seasons with the Wild and was a Western Conference All-Star in 2004.
